1. GORILLAZ FTW
I am just crazy about Gorillaz lately. I mean, I knew a couple of songs by them before but I never listened to them this intensely. BUT NOW THEY'RE LIKE MY LIFE. At first I just liked their music. but now I am in love with all those virtual band members. Especially 2D. 2D Y U SO CUTE. SRSLY.
Anypoop, I am astonished by their quality of music. Epic. epic. As my friend Portia McGrath says, '.. And to top it all off, they're led by Damon Albarn who's just an absolute legend!' =TR00 FACT. ANYTHING DONE BY DAMON ALBARN IS JUST....RIGHT. Yeah.

2. Writing a self-introductory essay sucks ass.
So, some colleges require an essay that shows who I am. I have to write about how the environment has changed my life and my character and why this college should accept me as their studend etc etc and it's just lame ass. I mean, of course I'd love to go to your college and you guys need to pick me but honestly, I don't think anyone would actually get touched by this cheesy piece of writing. Complete nonsense, really. BOO!
Off to work my ass out again. yuck.

3. Does anyone here watch Beavis and Butthead?
Well I apparently don't but guess who does? My crush. The reason I am posting this is because that he's the only Korean I know who even knows that show. Which is...just.....


I only watched B&B like once, or twice by accident a few years ago. I'm pretty opinionless about that show, but I hear they like Nirvana a LOT so let's say that's a bit of a plus point for them.
Seriously, is it just me or does anyone else think that my crush is getting awesomer and awesomer everytime I get to know him?

Second, I am sorry that I'm posting anything lately but I have my own reasons! I'm starting applying for college in early September and I don't think I'm going to have much time to spend on Buzznet until November, when I get my results. I have to prepare some essay exams and super duper deep and chaotic interviews. (forget the chaotic part but whatevez) but I will try to comment and write notes to you as often as possible so don't just delete meh from your memories. Then I shall be sad. and then crey.

Last but not least:

YESTERDAY AND TODAY WAS FAB. Long story short, my crush is showing certain signs that he may like me. (I said MAY...which means I am not sure. I am never sure.)

Yes I may be overreacting but a guy asking a girl to sit next to him during class is quite UNUSUAL here. and it wasn't just a "Hey you wanna sit here?" thing, it was more of a "Come on, you should sit here" thing.

And, TODAY, as some of you might know/not know, is my birthday. So I had some presents on my desk all day. My crush was passing by and he asked me if today was my birthday. I said yes, and he said: "What? how come I didn't know?" I just laughed over it because he jokes around a lot but then he told me that he would get me a present tomorrow. OKAY. I don't know how things work in other cultures but in Korea..boys normally don't give bday presents to their opposite-gender friend.

NOW THIS IS THE BEST PART: HE LISTENS TO ROCK MUSIC, WHICH IS AWFULLY UNUSUAL IN THIS FUCKING STUPID SCHOOL. Okay, he's not an 'avid' rock listener like me but he knows a lot of rock songs. HE EVEN KNOWS PLACEBO. I DON'T KNOW MUCH KIDS IN MY AGE IN THIS TOWN WHO LISTENS TO PLACEBO. He also likes Green Day and Lostprophets. When I talked about music with him yesterday, I felt exactly like Mr.Pattz right thurrr:

So obviously the bestest day of my life is the day I was born but since I have no memory of that day, I'll past to the next best day.

The next best day of my life, according to my memory was the school dance I went to when I was living in Seattle. It was a school dance party but also it was my friend Nicole's birthday so the school allowed Nicole to have her birthday party INSIDE the school dance. How cool is that? Anypoop, I got to wear my favorite dress that day. It was awesome since my mom usually didn't let me wear my best dress because...y'know, it's my best dress. duh. Also there were cheese pizzas for everyone! I don't like cheese pizzas now, but when I was little I only ate cheese pizza. I had cheese pizza wearing my favrotie dress and got to dance with Nicole and my other friends(gurlfranz, to be precise) It was super fun. I danced all nighhhhhht.

The next best day probably was when I went to Seoul Comic World for the first time when I was 12. Seoul Comic World is this festival where peolple who love cartoons gather and do stuffs like cosplay(=dressing up as their favorite character) or share their drawings etc etc. Basically it's like Comic Con, except that Comic World is mostly about Anime. When I was 12, Anime was MY LIFE. I don't watch animes anymore but my entire interest was dedicated to anime at that time. So anypoop I went to this festival with my friend and took pictures of bunch of rad people dressed up like my favorite anime character and ate super nomzy takoyaki(this) I don't go there now because I'm not really into anime anymore but according to my memory it was uber fun and exciting at that time.

Now this one has to be the BESTEST DAY OF MY WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE. Seriously. This is the greatest memory I have at the moment.
That day is when I went to my very first concert with my other best friend Arin(YES, I had two best friends. big deal, Paris Hilton has tons of BFFs!) at Austin Music Hall. PLUS I slept over at Arin's place after the concert. EPIC!
So, at the concert day I went to Arin's place. we decided to make a giant sign dedicated to Billy Martin of Good Charlotte. I was a big fan of Billy Martin at that time (and I still have a lot of respect for him) and Good Charlotte was my favorite band back in 2007. Arin got out her glitter glue and we decorated the 'BILLY ROCKS MY SOCKS' sign sparklier than Edward Cullen. 

Then we finally headed to Austin Music Hall! You guys have no idea how excited I was. BUT at first I was

because there was a huge line in front of us. But then I was

because we met some of Arin's friends who were on the front of the line! Yeah, it was basically cutting in line but sorry, this day was so important I had to do something morally illegal.
AND THEN THE CONCERT STARTED. Boys Like Girls were already on stage when we entered. and then a couple of rappers performed. Me and Arin were like

because people around us were apparently rap lovers and got excited at Baby Bash and Sean Kingston. Next up was Three Days Grace. I am opinionless about them but the frontman was really good live so the entire crowd just went insane, including us.

OMG FINALLY GOOD CHARLOTTE PLAYED. I was about to swoon because I couldn't believe that I am actually seeing my favorite band. Basically I was just screaming. They played the song Anthem,Keep Your Hands Off My Girl and Lifesyles of The Rich and Famous. But then Arin's parents called and told us that it was 10:30pm and that we have to come home. Just

Anywho we had to obey, cause we're 14 and good children. Around 11pm Arin and I got back to her room but we weren't sleepy at all so we just sat on her bed for hours listening to music and badmouthed a couple of kids we didn't like at school. Next morning I went to Denny's and had breakfast with Arin's family. IT WAS THE GREATEST DAY OF MY LIFE.

Oh, I almost forgot. This day didn't have a particular event but it definitely should be noted as one of my best days ever: The day I became a Buzznet OG :) Honest, I was so excited and happy to know that the people of Buzznet approves what I share with them. Well the OG badge itself is also a great pride of course but I was very grateful that people actually like what I do. Best moment evar. *sniff*

Now to think of it, my life wasn't too bad after all. (Except for that time when I found out that my crush is a devoted Christian and likes High School Musical) Whatevez!

I was absent because I didn't feel like getting on the internet. and I didn't feel like getting on the internet because I was too sad to do anything. Even eating or sleeping.
I know I sound like a fucking epic emo teen but yeah I've been extremely sad, too sad to put it on words.
I had a very faithful friend for 10 years. She was always beside me when I needed her and she was the only one who understood me completely when I felt alone. She never blamed me for anything and she loved me for who I am.
My dog Haneul, who first came into my life at 2001, died of mammary cancer last Friday, July 15th.

Haneul started having a strange lump on her waist a couple of months ago. We didn't take it too seriously because it seemed like Haneul didn't care much either. But as time passed by, the lump on her waist grew bigger and bigger everyday, and until one day, she started licking it. I got worried, took a picture of her tumor and went to a vet after school.

The vet told me she had mammary gland cancer(aka breast cancer)

My parents were in the US at that time, visiting my sister in Texas so I was completely alone, helpless. I couldn't stop crying when I realized that I could do nothing about it when Haneul would be suffering. I could do nothing to help my best friend. All I could do was to take care of her until my parents come back. I cannot even imagine my life without Haneul. She was in almost every single important moments of my childhood. Now to think of it, I think my life in Korea was centered with my dog.

Haneul managed to keep herself until my parents came home last week. She lived a couple more days with us and crossed the rainbow bridge last Friday, while I was in school.

She was the best dog I ever had, and no matter what I will never forget her. I don't know how many of you had such a deep connection with your pet, but please spare a time to pray for Haneul.

I miss you, dearest friend.

Finn and Rachel's kiss during the performance--HOW UNPROFESSIONAL WAS THAT. Honestly, I never liked Jesse but he was damn right about one thing this episode. An abrupt kiss during a show choir is NOT okay. Idk if you guys were had the same reaction as I did, but my face met my palms in disgust and sigh. I call it the "Glee facepalm". ugh.

Now enough with the lame sauce part. We're moving to the EXCITING HAPPY NEW PARTS WE NEED TO DISCOVER!

First, we obviously need to discuss about THE GLORIOUS KLAINE SCENE AT THE END. Did you guys see Blaine's epic dreamy face as he said: "I love you." To those of you who don't watch Glee, it's not much  of a big deal but to me.....IT'S QUITE SPEECHLESS. For example, check out Mimi's new banner. It's THAT exciting. Really. SEE HOW GLORIOUS IT IS. HE'S MADLY(literally) IN LOVE. My heart is melting down like an ice cube on a hot summer day.

Secondly: THE NEWST COUPLE IN TOWN.

Seriously, NOT EXPECTED AT ALL. I was all: "SO...The thing that Sam said to Mercedes at prom wasn't Rachel's plan? HE WAS SERIOUSHHHHH OMG IT WAS" This is like the biggest OMG in the entire show for me.
But guess what: I'm actually pretty excited about it :D YES. I AM. I may have a new ship next season! lulz. I mean, both of them are generally awesome characters and they both have great voices/personalities and mostly: My amazing Mercedes finally found someone to love (I don't count Puck because he didn't mean the relationship) and that makes me happy! I was always sort of disappointed at Ryan Murphy for making Mercedes always so lonely.

By the way this new pair sorta scares me because this pair used to be in the Glee fanfic pages and stuff, which proves my theory that Ryan Murphy reads fanfictions in his spare time. JUST LIKE SANDY.

Last, but not least: Brittany's cuteness

It starts with 'My Cup' but what impressed me the most was her quote in the last part:

I hardly knew Klaxons until I saw their epic album artwork a couple of days ago. I was just "Hey nice album jacket. LOLOLOLOOOOLOLOL" but now I love their music. I just do.

But one thing in concern: Does this make me a hipster? Because I saw some people going all: "F*CKING MGMT AND KLAXONS ARE FOR HIPSTERS GO SUCK SHIT"(literally, someone said this on Youtube) That's very hateful in my opinion. I mean, what did they expect when they listened to Klaxons or any other non-mainstream bands? White guys rapping with cheap electronic synths?

Of course! How could I not talk my recent life without talking about Doctor Who

Well I have nothing to say to the original Doctor Who fans, like Annie, because I started with series 5, the one with Matt Smith as the doctor but I WILL WATCH THE ENTIRE SHOW when I'm stop being busy. In other words, when I get into college aka early October.

Matt Smith is awesome. He's awesome but sometimes I think he's too less serious than what timelords should actually be like. but I like his randomness. That makes him a super cool alien!

also OMG AMY AND RORY ARE SO CUTE. MY DOCTOR WHO OTP FOR SURE.

Because

1. this is probably one of the best live performances(on television) I've ever seen.

2. I am easily turned on by intellectual guys who have great music skills. Vampire Weekend fans would already know but all of the members attended Columbia University. Smart guys in the indie music industry makes me like this:

3. This song is my favorite song from the second album. I like the part where Ezra goes "OOOOHHH AHHHHHH OOOOHHHOHH OOOOHHH" I MEAN SRSLY IT'S SO CUTE.

4. THEY DANCE. YES THEY DANCE! ON NATIONAL TELEVISION LIVE. Most people, including myself and many other good musicians out there easily lose their breath when they jump around like that while singing but OMG Not these guys. They can dance AND sing.

I honestly can't tell the difference between the two. AMAZING.

Please do check them out, they were nominated for the Grammys for the alternative music part! Although Arcade Fire won instead. hum hum. Yeah to be honest while a whole bunch of my other friends were rooting for Arcade Fire at the Grammys I was the only one who was secretly "TEAM VAMPAYAH WEEKEND!!!!1!!11"

ANYPOOP, I will mentally marry these 7 amazing bands next week and maybe by next Friday I might be recommending them like crazy to you.

Okay, here goes:

1. Blood Red Shoes

O.M.G I don't know what you guys think of this band but Blood Red Shoes are SO MY TYPE. At first I youtube'd them just because Rocksound told me that they sound like The Automatic(my second favorite band) but they didn't really sound like The Automatic but they do rock! In fact, they rock so much I could listen to their song I Wish I Was Someone Better all day long. Yeah, it only takes two awesome people to make amazing music. Apparently The White Stripes already proved that but BRS are younger....and they're British?

2. Sharks

Before I begin, two words for you: CLASSIC PUNK.

To be honest I first googled this band because I've been hearing rumours that the band frontman has an unbelievably long neck. (And according to this pictue, the rumours are confirmed true)THIS BAND IS SO AMAZING. They make me feel like I'm having a time warp! They're super classic punk, maybe a bit more fabulous. Guardian compared them with The Clash, so you get the idea; A MUST LISTEN BAND.

3. Tellison

These guys are like Fall Out Boy, oh wait, maybe a modest, indie Fall Out Boy. In fact, even the vocalist's voice kinda reminds me of Patrick Stump(They have two vocals, and both of them sounds like Patrick) This band obviously needs more attention, so I strongly suggest you guys search them on Youtube. They have a lot of videos uploaded, so appreciation would be very much appreciated.

4. Johnny Foreigner

This band sounds so FUN. Seriously, fun. I'm regreting that I didn't listen to these guys in the summer, it would have been so awesome if I did. But fun in winter is also nice anyway. If anyone would like to recommend me bands like Johnny Foreigner, I'm always free. Poke me. Not on Facebook though, that poke thing on facebook is totally meaningless.

5. Brigade

They sound mainstream, but not they're actually not very mainstream. For now I'm not sure what genre they're going for because one of their songs are hardcore but some of the other tracks are like power pop. In general I think they're something similar to Madina Lake. I like how their intro sounds, heavy guitars are sort of my crush. Kudos for that! and extra points for the frontman, because he kinda looks like Brendon Urie when he sings.

6. Boy Kill Boy

What a shame they broke up in 2008, I wish I could have known them earlier :( The band splits up but the song still lives. Personally I think they had voluminous potentials, what a pity they broke up when they could've gotten more attention! NOT that commerciality is everything for a band....

7. Hole

More commonly known as "Courtney Love's band"(which is so mean, because obviously she's not the only member in this band) Hole is the most well-known band in this list, right? Actually this is my very first time listening to them. Yeah, seriously, I have never ever listened to Hole before. Of course I've heard of the name several times but this is my first time actually listening to them. I didn't even know Celebrity Skin was such a popular song. Shame on me.

Oh, and if you know any of these bands, please recommend me what songs are actually good from them, I can't really tell, I haven't explored enough yet.

And by the end of next week I shall be bouncing around their music all day. YAY for the excitement of trying new bands!

All those smiles and looks and happy singing and dancing was just nothing but an experssion for FRIENDSHIP. Oh Blaine, you broke my heart :( Badly. and you broke Kurt's heart even more. For that I hate you, although it's not your fault.
Now to think of it, Oh my god. Oh my god. OH MY GOD. ALL THESE MONTHS I THOUGHT KLAINE WAS ALMOST OFFICIAL. And you, Ryan Murphy, you made me imagine the whole thing all by myself? I knew you were all unpredictable and mean and all that but seriously, I HATE YOU, YOU'RE A GOOD FOR NOTHING TROLL WITH A YELLOW HAT FFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUU WHY CAN'T YOU LEAVE THE PEACEFUL GLEE ROMANCE ALONE GAWD I HATE YOU

But still I don't understand:
